I have been craving for leche flan so much but I don’t think I can make it since I don’t want to eat anything that Andy can’t it. If I would make something like it, I should used just a sweetener to substitute so that Andy can eat it too.
I was searching the Internet to find a sugar-free leche flan. I find some where I can use whole milk instead of condensed milk which Andy can’t have as well. It was good though that I can use whole milk but my problem is I can’t find anything that says I can use artificial sweetener such as splenda. But I was thinking maybe I can try it, so I really did and luckily it turned out well, only not as sweet as a leche flan that has real sugar in it but the sugar-free leche flan I made was just enough and I am sure that it is something that Andy can have.
